The first day or so, I didn’t feel too out of it or anything. I wear a WHOOP wristband to track my health, and for the first week, my temperature has been up by about one degree. My normal temp is usually around 96.8–97°F, so having an actual temp of 99°F means, yeah, I don’t really feel 100% — but it’s not horrible. It’s only been a week so far. I haven’t had watery stools or anything like that; I’ve just made sure not to trust myself if I think it’s just gas. I haven’t even looked at the toilet — I won’t let myself. I’ve always been careful about what I eat. I don’t even eat pork because it has a higher chance of carrying larvae unless it’s cooked to the proper temperature. When I do eat it, I’m paranoid about making sure it’s fully cooked. It’s likely I picked something up when I was a kid. I didn’t have the best access to good food growing up.

So, I’ve been hungrier — even more than before — and considering how I tend to forget to eat, I’ve definitely noticed the difference. I’ve actually gained 2 pounds in the span of a week. I’ve always been able to eat whatever I want without worrying about my weight, but my lab results do tend to be a bit low in certain areas. So, I’d say give it a try. I’m planning to use it for the full month and keep an eye on my temperature. I definitely feel better overall and feel

First day I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon .. nothing happened. Next day took 2 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon and saw results later that night. Thing is I also drank coffee that morning and had a margarita in the afternoon so not sure if that is what helped?

Edit: this product is amazing. I'm up to 3 in the evening and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this product. It really works and I bought another bottle.
